Government has established various mediums for different posts in the government sector. SSC is one such commission established by the government that recruits for the technical and non-technical posts in various departments of the government. Civil services and banks are two most reputable and growing sectors of the government. They have a large menu of job opportunities to offer. They conduct exams and interview sessions and ensure unbiased recruitment of individuals, purely based on their performance in exams and the interview round.

Civil services recruitment
Civil servants are the servants of the government. They manage the bureaucracy.

The exams are divided into two stages:

Bank recruitment:
Bank exams for various posts in the bank are conducted by different banks.
A bank job is high in demand because of the high salary and additional incentives it offers to its employees.
Jobs like bank po and bank clerk are mostly preferred by the youth.
The minimum age to apply for important posts in the bank is 21 years and the maximum age is 30 years.
Any candidate applying for a post in the bank should have good mathematical skills and computer literacy as most of the work in the bank requires the knowledge of these two qualities.
The final recruitment for any post in the bank is based on the overall performance of the candidate in the exam and interview.

Staff Selection Commission:
It is a commission set up by the government to recruit suitable individuals for technical and non-technical posts in various departments of the government.
There are many offices of SSC in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Guwahati, Kolkotta etc to conduct examinations on regional and sub-regional level.
The commission also conducts various typewriting tests in Hindi and English.
Mediums like bank recruitment, civil service recruitment and SSC ensure unbiased recruitment of individuals. They provide a basic platform and equal opportunity to all candidates.
